Allow me to introduce myself

My passion for health and nutrition has shaped both my personal and professional life. I’m energised by movement in all its forms, whether it’s dance, strength training, barre, Reformer Pilates, yoga, or walking in nature. I deeply believe in the positive impact that movement has on both physical and mental wellbeing.

I take a holistic approach to health. That means respecting my body, embracing food freedom, and creating a life that’s rich with adventure, connection, and meaning.

Alongside my work as a nutritionist, I teach both Reformer Pilates and barre, blending strength, control and mobility to support long-term performance and wellbeing. I’m also passionate about endurance sport and movement that challenges both body and mind. I’ve completed an Ironman 70.3, several half-marathons, and a full marathon, and I absolutely love skiing whenever I get the chance.

With over a decade of experience in the dance and fitness industry, I’ve worked with individuals and groups as a coach, studio instructor, and workshop facilitator. I’ve taught in boutique fitness spaces, led educational events, and supported clients through personalised, evidence-based nutrition and movement strategies.

To me, a healthy relationship with food is one that’s free from guilt or obsession. It’s about nourishment over restriction and understanding that true health goes far beyond what’s on your plate.
